The Cryptex is a cylindrical chest with a combination lock: the numbered rings rotate around the central body and, only with the correct sequence, the lid unscrews and reveals the inner compartment, protected by a sliding tube. The outer structure is decorated with engravings, studs and a decorative pointed cap, while the rings bear fantasy-style symbols. A click mechanism signals the position of the rings during rotation. The complete model measures 9.1 cm in height and includes separate parts for the outer body, inner tube, rings, pins and decorative caps
