- 01Share your idea.Choose a designer and describe the object. Photos and sketches help; you work out dimensions and material together.
- 02Receive a quote.Review the design price, timescale and revisions. Accept and pay on The Genesys, and the designer starts work.
- 03See the preview.Follow the work and request the included revisions. Once the final file is ready, you can approve the design.
- 04Bring it to life.After approval, order a print from a Node or print at home with Hermes. The price for printing with a Node is shown during the order process.

Before you start
How much does it cost?
The designer sends a quote for the design, including the price, timescale and revisions. You pay when you accept it. Printing with a Node is a separate order, with its price shown before payment.
Do I need a 3D file?
You can start with an idea, photo or sketch. The designer helps you work out dimensions and material, then creates the model. If you already have the file, use the upload link to prepare your batch order.
What if I want to change something?
View the preview and request the revisions included in your quote, up to 3. You can approve once the final file has been delivered on the platform. If you do not reply within 7 days of that delivery, the design is approved automatically.
Who prints it if I do not have a printer?
You can order a print from an available Node and collect your object at the pickup point shown in your order. The model stays in your Library and is printed within The Genesys network, without downloading the file.
