HOW IT WORKS
From a request to paid work
- 1A customer requests a design through your creator shop.
- 2You send a quote with your price, timescale and included revisions.
- 3The customer pays on The Genesys, and the money is held until approval.
- 4You show a preview without the file, with up to 3 revisions as agreed in the quote.
- 5You upload the final file to The Genesys, and the customer approves the work.
- 6Your earnings become available after approval and the waiting period, then join your monthly payout.
PROTECTION
The file stays here, and so does the payment
- The file can never be downloaded by anyone and can only be printed within The Genesys network.
- The customer pays before you start, and the money is held until the work is approved.
- The preview shows the design but does not contain the file.
- Both sides stay on The Genesys: messages and contact take place only through the platform.
PRICE
You set the price
You assess the request and prepare the quote. Earnings from approved work join your monthly payout after the waiting period.
Each job completed here helps build your reputation: reviews and completed jobs count only for work done on The Genesys.

Questions from designers
Who can use Custom design?
All creators. Customers send requests through your shop, and you choose which ones to accept.
How many revisions are included?
Up to 3. You state how many you include in your quote; it can be fewer.
What if the customer does not reply?
If the customer does not reply within 7 days of delivery of the final file, the work is approved automatically. The countdown starts with the final file, not the preview.
Can the customer download the file?
No. The file can never be downloaded by anyone. After approval, the model becomes the customer's private product and can only be printed within The Genesys network. The creator cannot reuse or resell the custom design.
Can I decline a request?
Yes. You decide which requests to accept.
What if a customer asks to make an arrangement outside the platform?
Invite them to continue here: “Let’s stay on The Genesys so the work and payment stay protected.” Requests, messages, payments and deliveries stay on the platform, without exchanging personal contact details.
